Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver to? At the moment, we deliver within Australia only. We're a proudly Australian business and all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. From there:

• Standard Shipping - approximately 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping - approximately 1–3 business days, depending on your state

During peak periods (such as Christmas or sale events), processing may take 3–4 business days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

How much does shipping cost?

• Standard Shipping: a flat rate of AUD $10 for orders under AUD $100
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over AUD $100
• Express Shipping is available at checkout, calculated based on weight, dimensions, and your postcode

Which carrier do you use? We ship all orders via Australia Post, so you can trust your parcel is in safe hands.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please get in touch with our team and we'll look into it straight away.

Do you offer express shipping? Yes, Express Shipping is available at checkout. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.

 

Product Quality & Materials

Are your toys safe for children? Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our wooden toys are finished with non-toxic colours and materials, specifically chosen to be safe for little hands and curious mouths. Our products are designed with children in mind, from the rounded edges to the child-safe finishes.

Why does my toy look slightly different from the photos? Because our toys are handcrafted from natural wood, every single piece is unique. You may notice small variations in colour, wood grain, size, or natural markings in the timber and that's something we celebrate, not something to worry about. These are signs of a genuinely handmade product, not imperfections. If your toy has a particularly beautiful natural marking, consider yourself one of the lucky ones!

What materials are used in your products? We use natural wood and non-toxic, child-safe finishes across our range. We're passionate about sourcing materials that are kind to kids and kind to the planet.

Are your toys suitable as gifts? They make wonderful gifts! Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, Christmas, or just because our toys are thoughtfully designed, beautifully packaged, and built to last. See our gift-wrapping options below.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged? We're so sorry if that happens! Please take a photo of the damage and contact our team as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly, no stress, no fuss.

How do I start a return or exchange? Simply reach out to us via our contact page or email, let us know your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you cover return shipping costs? If the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refer to our refund policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe) as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure, so you can shop with confidence.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site? Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe for card payments, which is one of the world's most trusted and secure payment platforms. We never store your full card details.

Do you offer buy now, pay later options? Yes! We offer Afterpay at checkout, so you can spread the cost of your order into four easy fortnightly payments, interest free. It's a great option if you're stocking up on gifts or treating your little ones to something special.

Where are you located? We're an Australian-owned online retailer with our warehouse based in Melbourne, Victoria. While we're online only (no physical shopfront), our team is always happy to help via email or our contact page.
