Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Any reason
  • Fast refunds
  • Up to 30 days from the date we ship your order
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Exclusions: Sale, Clearance

You may return any products purchased from Pint Sized Toys provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Once we receive your return and it meets the conditions above, we’ll process a full refund of the item purchase price. Refunds apply to the item only and do not include shipping. 

Initiate the return request by sending an email to contact@pintsizedtoys.com.au with the following:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Order date
  • Details of the item(s) being returned
  • Reason for the return (this helps us improve our descriptions and processes)

Additional information:

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds cover the amount paid for the returned item only and exclude any shipping costs paid for the original order.
  • Sale and Clearance items are excluded from our 30-Day Easy Returns policy.
  • We reserve the right to apply reasonable discretion when assessing returns and to limit returns where necessary.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your item arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed.

Order Cancellations:

If you’d like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a restocking fee or payment processing fee of 3.5% may apply. If so, this amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Missing, Incorrect, Damaged, or Warranty Returns:

  • Is something missing from your order?
  • Did you receive the wrong item?
  • Has your item arrived damaged?
  • Does your item appear faulty?

We work hard to minimise mistakes and we stand behind every product we supply. That said, we understand that issues can occasionally happen, and not every item arrives exactly as intended.

For anything that falls outside our standard 30-Day Return Policy, our team will review and handle it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and notify us of any missing items, discrepancies, or damage within 7 days of delivery. All purchases are covered under ACCC consumer guarantees in relation to warranties and returns.

NOTE:

All of our products are made from natural wood and there may be colour variations (please be aware of this as returns are not accepted for colour variations in the wood material). We are an environmentally conscious company and use all parts of a tree to make these toys.
