Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Mostly same day for orders received before 1PM AEST) after payment confirmation to ensure timely fulfilment. Processing includes verifying payment, packaging the item securely, and preparing shipping labels. During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days; customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Standard Shipping is available at a flat rate of AUD $10 for orders over AUD 100. Express Shipping options are available at an additional cost, calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination postcode.
Estimated Delivery Times:
All domestic orders within Australia, Standard Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days from the shipment date. Express Shipping delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination state.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress online. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Shipping and Delivery:
We offer flat-rate standard delivery of $10 on all orders over $100. If your order is considered bulky, we’ll contact you with an estimate of any additional shipping costs.
Please note: some heavy items/orders may not be eligible for Express Post at this flat rate.
If the Express Post cost exceeds the 10 kg/cubic metre limit, we’ll contact you. You can choose to pay the additional amount, or we can send your order via standard post instead.
If Australia Post or the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it may be taken to your local Post Office for collection. Please collect your parcel within 10 days, otherwise it will be returned to us. In this case, a $10 return fee plus a second delivery fee of $10 will apply.
If the address provided is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, a $10 return fee and a $10 re-delivery fee will be charged.
